We love this local pho establishment. We often come for lunch, or take it out for dinner. Everything is delicious high quality food. Some of our favorites include the pho ga, spring rolls, chicken dumplings, Vietnamese rice pancakes, and sesame tofu. Our daughter loves the boba too! It is definitely our favorite Vietnamese restaurant and so happy to have it right here in Highlands Ranch.

Best Pho. Best service. Fast. Easy. Quality every time. The broth needs no embellishments but if I had to make a recco I would ask for chili oil. The combination rice noodles is so much food and the best quality grilled meat and seafood. Everything that should be fresh is crispy and the proteins are caramelized without being dry.

I love this place, not only because of the delicious food and fair prices. I require gluten free food or else I get really sick. I have never gotten sick from eating any of the items they label gluten-free. I appreciate so much the attention to detail

Our favorite spot for Pho! Our family LOVES Pho Vi! The staff is super friendly, the service is fast and the food is great! We always get pho, the spring and summer rolls are great. We've had several other dishes and they're always good. The prices are good and portions great.

Food was excellent, Service was efficient, and ambiance was relaxed and clean. I ordered the Special Rice Noodles Plate Combination of grilled Beef, Chicken, Shrimps and Egg Roll. Served with rice noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, pickles, fired onions, peanut and fish sauce. It was absolutely delicious and had wonderful flavor! I thought I was supposed to choose the meat but you get all of it! The fish sauce comes on the side so you can add a little at a time to flavor how you like. This dish has become my new favorite go to!

First time trying this place and it was pretty good. However, whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant, I usually always get pho. And I went off that beaten path today and I probably shouldn't have. What I got was good but It just wasn't as good as pho usually is. Today I got Bun Bo Hue which is good, but in my opinion pho is better.

I loved this location and thought the food was amazing! I had the 3S. Diced Steak plate and it was phenomenal! The steak had a great seasoning/ sauce and it was extremely tender! The fried rice was so good to and I could've just had that for lunch. I can't speak for the pho here because I haven't had it but what I had was so very good! I took off a star because the inside could definitely use a face lift but they keep it clean which is what really counts. The service was fine I mean they did their job and the food came out fast but it wasn't a busy day or anything so I can't say how they are when busy. I will come back because I do want to see how the pho is here!

AWESOME!!! The wife was under the weather this weekend, so I figured id get her some broth for her cold. We decided to try Pho Vy which is right around the corner from us in a shopping center. Went there to pick up some things on Saturday night, wife called in the order & were told 10 minutes. Was greeted by probably the owner & he was very pleasant & upbeat. The restaurant was extremely clean & had a nice crowd inside & a bunch of takeout orders waiting to be picked up. Ours was almost ready(Got there in about 7-8 minutes). Got home & the Pho broth was piping hot & the other items for the Pho were in a separate container & baggie. She ordered the Pho with Brisket & Flank steak (the 2P Chin Nam on the menu) & 2 Spring Rolls. I'll start with the Spring Rolls, they came with a wonderful dipping sauce & were extremely light & fresh. They were definitely made that day or even a la minute (meaning for that order). The outer layer was a rice wrapper & you could see all the ingredients inside the rolls. They were EXCELLENT!! On to the Pho, the broth was extremely clean tasting, fresh, clear & extremely good! The Brisket & Flank Steak were beautifully cooked & placed in a to go container along with the rice noodles, sprouts, scallions, Thai Basil sprigs, lime wedges, I don't think I'm forgetting anything, but it was GREAT!!! I can't wait to try them dining in, but it literally takes about 2 minutes to get back home, so I'm sure we got the best Pho available! I normally give 4 Stars for take-out & adjust the rating when I go inside to eat or get another Take-out order, but Pho Vy deserved 5 Stars from the start. The restaurant smelled great, was nice & clean, and the food was excellent, so it checked all the boxes! Definitely try this place if you live in Highlands Ranch or the surrounding vicinity, you WILL NOT be disappointed, I guarantee it!!!!
